Regret can be a motivator to make better choices. Although it can be hard to experience, it's not about erasing regret - it's about reshaping it into fuel for change.

It hits us when our outcomes don't align with our expectations. We have a plan for our life, but when our decisions are driven by an unbalanced amount of emotions, impulses or the need for immediate gratification - that plan takes a hit! As we work towards understanding how we process regret, how can we learn to trust the decisions that we make every day.
